Finnish language

Our club organizes online Finnish language lessons at all levels from zero to C1.

We have been working since 2020. The club is registered in Finland as Aurimgontalo ry.

We conduct one-time webinars, short marathons, exam preparation courses, as well as basic courses.

The basic courses are full-fledged Finnish language training with experienced university-level teachers. They include grammar, vocabulary, phonetics and conversational practice.

The course duration is 12 months. During this time, the group manages to complete 1 level (from A1.1 to A2.1, for example).

Training schedule

Courses from scratch, A0, start with us almost every month.

We are currently recruiting for the initial course in November 2024: classes on Tuesdays and Sundays from 19.30 to 20.30 (Helsinki time).

Other levels usually start either in September or January. It is also possible to join the main course in the middle of the year if there are free places in the group.

Trial lessons

To join a group, you need to attend a trial lesson. In the first week of September, trials for new students are free, then, as usual, 5 euros.

To attend a trial lesson, you need to fill out an application to the club. https://forms.gle/pQZvEc6yqxragYe26 The administrator will send you links to the Zoom conference and the group chat in Telegram by email.

You need to install and configure zoom yourself.
