Return policy

Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

The 14-day withdrawal period starts from the date the service contract is entered into.

You may require the company to provide the service within the valid revocation period, but you may have to pay compensation for the service performed if you exercise your right of withdrawal.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Courses already taken

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is given:

  • If the price of an item has changed,
  • Service fee (if applicable) is non-refundable. Please read the course descriptions carefully.
  • If you notify us of the cancellation of the service during the withdrawal period, you may require us to refund some of the fees you paid if the service was not completed at your request.

If you cancel a service that was started at your request

  • you will have to pay reasonable compensation for expenses actually incurred until notice of denial is provided.
  • you will have to pay for the service in full if the service was provided in full during the opt-out period, and you have agreed that you will lose the right to opt-out after the service is fully provided.
  • you do not have to pay cancellation fees if the service has not yet been completed during the cancellation period.
  • You do not have the right to cancel an online purchase if:
    • you ordered a service that has already been fully completed
    • you have been warned in advance that in this case you will lose the right to cancel.
    • If you cancel the agreement after the service has commenced, you will be required to pay reasonable compensation to the provider for the costs of performing the agreement before your notice of cancellation is received.
  • The agreement applies only if
    • The agreement requires payment at a certain time or within a certain period of time.
    • Leisure services include entertainment, cultural and sports activities, leisure courses and equipment rental.

Return

If the application is approved, your refund will be processed and the refund will be automatically issued to your credit card or other payment method within a certain number of days.

Overdue or lost returns

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially sent.

Next, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is sent.

Sale of courses

Only regular priced items can be returned. Sale items are non-refundable.

Subscriptions

All passes are valid from the date of purchase and for the period of time indicated on them (one month, three, six, nine or twelve).

If you purchase a membership for a specific course that has start and end dates, the membership is valid for that course regardless of the purchase dates.

The subscription is valid only in the group you signed up for after the trial lesson.

If you miss a lesson in a conversation group, it is lost.
In the main groups, you can ask to record a lesson and receive a recording, and you can also access all homework in the group chat. We recommend watching the video and doing all the assignments to keep up with the group.

Recordings of classes are made in the event that one of the students is absent and asks to make a recording. Write in the chat of your group in Telegram that a recording is needed. Recordings are intended only to ensure that the student does not fall behind the group. Recordings of classes cannot be used as a video course for independent study, they cannot be transferred to third parties.

Recordings are stored for no more than two weeks.

If you know in advance that you will miss a lesson, and we have a group of your level with free places, you can agree with the administrator about a replacement. We do not guarantee a replacement, since the programs of the groups are different.

If you decide to interrupt your classes for any reason, we will refund your payment minus the cost of the classes you attended. In this case, they are considered one-time.

For subscribers for 3, 6 or more months:

The "vacation" option is available to you.

For 3 and 6 month subscriptions:
One vacation lasting from two weeks to a month.

For 9 and 12 month subscriptions:
Two vacations lasting from two weeks to two months.

Once your holiday is over, we cannot guarantee that you will return to the same group as they may have progressed quite far in the program and you may need a lower level group.

To activate your vacation, you must write to the administrator before the vacation begins and inform him of the vacation dates.

Vacation cannot be started retroactively if you have missed several classes without notice.

If you have communicated your vacation dates and then want to reschedule or extend them, this is considered a second vacation.

The following rules apply to individual lessons:

If a student notifies of absence no later than 3 hours before the lesson, the lesson is rescheduled/cancelled.

If you are late or do not come to the lesson without warning, the lesson will be written off.

Class rescheduling is agreed upon with the administrator at a time convenient for the student or teacher.

Individual lesson subscriptions are tied to the number of lessons and are valid for six months by default unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
