Webinar about TIME: How to talk about time in Finnish? 


Saturday 10/02, at 11:00 There will be a free webinar for everyone who is interested in learning Finnish. 

What are we going to discuss? 

Theory and practice of the Finnish language on the topic “time”. 

For example, let's learn how to correctly say the following phrases: 

Half past two, five minutes to three, quarter past four.

Midnight, noon.

Exactly at six, about seven.

Next week, last week. 

Last month, year, century.

Two days later, three days ago.

The day before yesterday, the day after tomorrow, tomorrow, today, yesterday. 

This spring, this week, this month, this year. 

There is a short explanation for each subtopic, followed by exercises. 

Lesson 45 minutes and another 15 answers to questions. 

Teacher Yaroslava, certified philologist, Finnish teacher with level C2, teacher and translator with more than 10 years of experience. 

She graduated from graduate school at St. Petersburg State University, worked at the university’s philology department, and taught Finnish to future teachers.
